• How much do your dresses cost?

The full length dresses cost from around £2000 to £2750, with many in the £2200 to £2300 bracket. Short dresses are from around £1650 to £1850.

• Where can I buy/try on your dresses?

We have stockists all over the UK. Names, addresses and telephone numbers are on the stockists page. Not all shops stock the entire range - please contact the stockist direct for a list of the styles they currently hold.

• Can the design or colour of the dresses be changed?

Yes, changes can be made. Some of the dresses can be made in soft white rather than ivory, and sometimes the shape of the neckline can be changed easily. Other changes are possible, but you would need to discuss all changes with the shop.

• Can I order my dress directly from Lyn Ashworth?

We strongly encourage you to buy a dress from one of our many lovely stockists, but should you find that impossible, for any reason, it is possible to buy direct from us.
The price will not be any less than it would be in the shops (in fact it could be more depending on the level of couture service that you require). We are in rural Staffordshire, and the nearest British Rail station is Burton-upon-Trent. All customers are seen on an appointment-only basis.

• I live outside the UK. Can I still buy a dress?

We have successfully supplied dresses to customers living abroad, but you would need nerves of steel! You would need to be willing to pay in advance, which we agree is tough on the customer. As far as measurements and fittings are concerned, we can get quite close with measurements (and we can use skype to supervise the measuring), but you would need to be prepared to make minor adjustments if necessary.
